Physical Education

The focus of Utahloy International School’s Physical Education, Health and Outdoor Education syllabus is on helping students develop a commitment and a positive attitude toward lifelong healthy active living and the capacity to live satisfying, productive lives.

Students will acquire knowledge to make informed lifestyle choices that will help them to achieve an optimum level of well-being. Moreover, they will also develop skills that will allow them to participate in a range of creative movement activities and team sports. Students will understand how their actions and decisions impact their welfare. Teachers facilitate learning that is closely related to real-life situations.
