PE - Clothing

Students should understand that appropriate clothing is an important part of safe PE practices. Extreme weather conditions require clothing that facilitates comfort and prevents sickness. Guangzhou’s hot and humid environment necessitates light, breathable fabrics for most of the year. Students must change out of this clothing for matters related to personal hygiene. Moreover, personal accessories such as jewellery and watches must never be worn during PE activities. Suitable footwear such as athletic shoe must be worn at all times.
