Italian Food Week (Nov 2018)

Next week in conjunction with the Italian Consulate there will be Italian dishes served each day to celebrate 'Italian Food Week'. The Mediterranean Diet is high in vegetables, fruits, legumes, nuts, beans, cereals, grains, fish, and unsaturated fats such as olive oil. It usually includes a low intake of meat and dairy foods. The Mediterranean diet has been linked with good health.
