Mother-Tongue Storytelling in the Early Years (Sep 2018)

24 September, 2018

The importance of being confident in one's own mother-tongue will lead to success in learning another language. Last Thursday our K2 and K3 students had their first mother-tongue storytelling session. We had returning parent volunteers and new parents come to tell stories in their mother-tongue. This year we have seven language groups this year, namely English, Putonghua, Cantonese, German, Japanese, Korean and Dutch.

Our K and K1 students will start in October with information to be sent out to parents soon.
