UISG Year 11 Student Daniel An wins at 2017 Robofest World Championships
Daniel An is a Year 11 student at UISG. He has a passion for Robotics and Computer Science. This year, he entered the 2017 Robofest Regional Competition. Daniel won 1st place in the Robofest Senior Exhibition in Hong Kong earlier in the year.
As a result, he was invited to attend and compete in the 2017 Robofest World Championships at the end of May, in Florida, USA. Daniel successfully went on to win the 'People’s Choice Award' and rightly is feeling very proud of his success in this international competition. The judges commented that his Robotics project has "entrepreneurial potential, and high value to life.”
