Primary Introduction

We provide a caring, nurturing, stimulating environment and our students love coming to school.

Many different nationalities are represented and respect for ourselves and others is nurtured. The students are actively engaged in their learning; they are proud of their work and enjoy having this celebrated through displays.

Assemblies are student led which provides opportunities for sharing their learning with parents, staff and other students.

The Primary School is comprised of the Early Childhood and Primary departments. In the Early Childhood we have the Kindergarten class for 2.5-5 year olds. In the Primary section we have the P1 to P6 classes.

In 2007, the IBO granted UISZC PYP ‘candidate status’. Our primary teachers are now enthusiastically implementing every aspect of the PYP on a trial basis and hope to achieve full authorization in the not too distant future.
