After school activities are designed to enhance the development of the whole child, and provide an extension to the main school curriculum. The activities are designed using multiple intelligences, interests of the students and the expertise of the teaching staff. Therefore, what is offered enables the students to pursue personal interests, develop new skills and knowledge or explore different aspects of learning. The philosophy of the IB will be extended into the after school programme and students will be able to continue developing the various aspects of the IB Learner Profile. The CCA will also enable IB Diploma students to achieve their CAS hours, leading sessions for younger students and participating in voluntary work.
