Students in Years 1 and 2 took learning beyond the classroom and went to Luofu Mountain to study water and evaporation. They explored how water goes up a mountain, and when they arrived it was raining! This made some of the students think of evaporation and clouds getting to heavy. After walking around a peaceful lake and feeding about a thousand massive fish, they stopped by Ge Tongs Tomb who died around 1600 years ago. After an picnic lunch, they discussed in pairs how the lake was up the mountain. Finally, this plan was abandoned, as large wasps kept thinking the students were their lunch!
